Extend or Refund A Voucher, or Reschedule a Flight

Use the form below to make changes to vouchers or to flights that have been booked.  In each cases an admin fee of £35 will be charged to cover the administration costs to the club, and online banking charges associated with making refunds.  Using this form you can:

  • Extend the validity period of a VoWHGC voucher for a further 90 days, if it is due to expire and you have not made a booking.  (Vouchers from IntoTheBlue and the BGA can only be extended by them, you should contact them directly if necessary)
  • Cancel and rebook a flight you have already scheduled
  • Request a refund on a VoWHGC voucher which has not been used, in line with our Terms and Conditions.  (Vouchers from IntoTheBlue and the BGA can only be refunded by them, you should contact them directly if necessary)

Why am I being charged again to get a refund?

The charges for extending and refunding a voucher are designed to cover the charges made by online banking services for processing refunds (if appropriate), as well as our administration effort in processing your request.

Although we charge an additional fee to cancel and refund a voucher, the cost of the original voucher will be refunded in full, without any further deductions.

It can take up to 10 days for on-line banking services to process refunds.  If you've not received a full refund of the voucher cost within 10 days of submitting this form, please contact us using the form on the website, and we'll investigate and resolve the issue.
