Our Classic Flights costing £75 (provisional) will be in a Schleicher K13, aerotowed to 1600′ – for many years this was the main training glider flown around the world, and is still used in that role today – our K13 flies most weekends. This glider gives unrivalled views from it’s large canopy and gentle pace of flight.
Our Aerobatic Flights costing £100 (provisional) will be in the club’s glass-fibre fully-aerobatic glider – great for the most exciting experience of the day, with loops and more. We’re also offering Classic Flights in this glider, when it’s not being used for aerobatics, costing £75, and towing to 1600′ – book these as Classic Flights 2 on the booking options below
Our Motor Glider Flights costing £85 (provisional) will be in one of the 2-seater Touring Motor Glider (TMG) aircraft based at the airfield. Great if you’re more interested in General Aviation (GA), and want to experience powered flight.
